Fitch Assigns 'AAA(idn)' Rating (2026)

Jakarta, 6 February 2026 – Fitch Ratings Indonesia has assigned PT Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk (Bank QNB Indonesia) a National Long-Term Rating of 'AAA(idn)' and a National Short-Term Rating of 'F1+(idn)'. The Outlook on the National Long-Term Rating is Stable.

A National Long-Term Rating of 'AAA' denotes the highest rating assigned on Fitch's National Rating scale for that country. This rating is assigned to issuers or obligations with the lowest expected risk of default relative to all other issuers or obligations in the same country or monetary union.

Bank QNB Indonesia's ratings reflect Fitch's view that extraordinary support would be forthcoming from its higher-rated parent, Qatar National Bank (Q.P.S.C.) (QNB, A+/Stable/bbb+), and ultimately from the Government of Qatar (AA/Stable), if needed. QNB, which is 50% owned by the Qatar Investment Authority, held 91.57% of Bank QNB Indonesia's shares as of the end of September 2025.

Thank you for your attention.

Sincerely,

PT Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk.
